This website
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not run analytics. The only thing it stores in your browser is your choice of light or dark theme.
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. We use these records only to keep the website running and secure.
When you contact us or book a demo
If you email us or book a demo, we use your name, email address, company and anything you tell us to reply to you and arrange the demo. If you book through our scheduling page, the scheduling provider handles your booking for us. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The Kordeva service
Businesses use Kordeva to manage their own leads and customers. The contacts, messages, calls, notes and files in a workspace belong to that business. We process them on the business’s behalf, only to provide the service, and as set out in our agreement with them. The business decides who it contacts and is responsible for having the right to do so.
If you are a lead or customer of a business that uses Kordeva and want to see, correct or delete your data, please contact that business. We will help them answer you.
Data from connected channels
Each business connects its own email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, lead ad and calendar accounts. Data received through those accounts, including leads and messages from Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), is used only to show it in that business’s workspace and to send the replies its team writes. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Kordeva’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us run Kordeva
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting, sign-in, file storage and sending email
- MongoDB Atlas, for the database
- Stripe, for billing
- The providers each business chooses to connect, such as Meta, Twilio, Google, Microsoft, and its own email and phone providers
Keeping data safe
Each workspace is kept apart from every other, channel credentials are encrypted, and files sit in private storage. Read more on our security page.
How long we keep data
We keep a business’s workspace data for as long as it uses Kordeva and as our agreement with it sets out. Businesses can delete contacts at any time. We keep emails from people who contact us for as long as we need them to reply and follow up.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@kordeva.com and we will reply.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
